Mission

• To cater to the training needs of all the employees of the KVS.
• To enable teachers to perform better by providing quality training in the areas of Subject Expertise, Innovative Pedagogies, Communication Skills, Classroom Transaction Skills, Assessment Skills and Student Development.
• To empower employees of all cadres by creating awareness in the Non-Academic but Vital Areas such as Service Rules, Administrative Issues, Office Procedures, Financial Matters, Official language, Prevention of Student abuse, School Safety etc.
• To ensure that the teachers develop positive work culture and attitude through training.
